Correction to my last post: Grief to gross ratio. (It’s an analogy my broker uses.)I just got a pm from a member since 2006, who is now 66, and uses 1iu per day 5x per week under his anti-aging doc, and he says it helps him surf big waves still etc. He also said his doc said its perfectly safe. I just want to help her restore more physical activity and some well-being in her life. vigor and vitality, she has been through hell. she has back problems and torn ACL from years ago , she competed in 90s but acl was unrelated. she has pain daily and does not medicate. she gardens as a hobby, this will help
GH, doctors supervision is a great way to go, the only way in my opinion for quality of life issues.
Fact is I would do the same thing but my level which I have checked regularly, is in normal range. But I would use it if it wasn’t.
I am so glad to see it make a world of difference in somebody’s life. We here are so accustomed to hearing about the bodybuilding ‘benefits’ that we tend to overlook how it can improve a person’s quality of life in a positive manner, allow them to do things that they would ordinarily not be able to do. Yay.
