Decent. Not a gamechanger. I'm someone who prefers a dedicated Seated Leg Curl and also like a Standing or Kneeling Leg Curl machine. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that the Monkey Feet don't even come close to a good Standing Leg Curl machine. However, they're better than nothing. When I'm training at home, which is often, it's pretty much GHDs and Standing Leg Curl with the Monkey Feet for Ham moves. Again, not my first choice but better than nothing.
