Softer then I would like to be but, considering where I'm at in this training cycle, drug cycle, being sick and dealing with injuries, not too far off.

I'll be on vacation from the 25th until the**broken link removed** 5th so things get cranked back up then.

Little backload last night in fruit. Needed the vitamins and minerals pretty badly.

Few days of being stranded at work with very little food and then cleaning up for a few days dropped some water off.

I was down 10lbs initially but after getting home and back on track I'm down a total of 5.

Really thinking about getting the loose skin chopped off soon...... Annoying shit. **broken link removed****broken link removed**

Haven't updated in a bit [emoji52]

Been cruising on 250mg test and 100mg npp for six weeks now. Dropped gh a little over a week ago since I haven't came off in a little while.

Holding around 240 but I'm a bit flatter and softer then I would like.

Going to give trest a little whack coming up. Planning on 50mg trest and test EOD then bumping trest to no more then 275/300mg a week depending on how I'm feeling. Plan to use .5mg adex ED just to be safe. **broken link removed**
