I dunno what you mean by speeding up the process, but I would do LESS cardio during PCT, and up your calories just a bit to help keep all your gains you just, well, gained.
PCT is not the time to make drastic diet or routine changes.
Yeah unless there is some reason you want to loose your gains I would suggest less cardio during and after PCT. When I come off I am already catabolic enough. I don't need a bunch of cardio to help speed that process up
speed up the process of getting test levels back to were they should be. it seems I am kinda tirerd and you know the rest typ. pct blues and all. So besides doin my reg. training I did start runnin today and did much better than i thought. Maybe its the proof there is gained muscle. As far as wieght i weigh myself everyday and 3 weeks from last pin I am + /- a pound
I don't know about cardio but make sure you do some heavy squats and deadlifts and some good boosters HCG Clomid Nolvadex Tribulous ect. Also make sure you masterbate quite a bit will help your release frustration jk lol
it's not that it's not a good idea to run in a healthy benefit kinda of way, there saying if you want to keep alot of your size and mass, then back off the cardio a bit..
