My opinion will probably get lost in the mix but high doses are way overrated.
More shit= more sides period.
I've been all over the place with amounts of gear but the very number one thing I've learned was. Train hard but don't over train(stimulate don't kill your muscle with loads of volume) REST. No matter how much shit you take you won't have quality gains unless you rest. Which means taking a couple days off a week. Good quality food 6-8 meals a day.
High doses just aren't worth it, if you can handle the sides then by all means go for it but most people can't. Just food for thought
You look like a pretty good sized guy in your avatar. Have you always lifted heavy with low volume? (this is something brad was talking about in his "thoughts" thread...build a base with heavy weight then switch to volume down the line...)
