I agree Bio. The not building up or ramping down is once again bro-science. Any drug that is given to you under medical supervision is gradually increased, and when you stop, gradually decreased. The old-schoolers did it like that because a lot of them were actually using steroids under a doctor's supervision.

It makes sense that a lot of people get sick when they go from no steroids to 2 grams total in the first week already. That is a major attack on your system.

I never though of it that way. I am one of those guys that has always said tapering up and down/pyramiding is old school and no one does that anymore.
I guess I may be wrong.

After reading some posts by Buselmo and a couple others, my new plan is to stay on for 6-8 months, then come clean for 4-6 months. After reading your post, I may start low, go high, then taper down before coming off. We'll see how it goes.
 
a lot of great advice

I understand it is hard to make a proper diagnosis to someone with out all of the details. Most details received might not even be accurate, but more of someones thought process. When I asked about is more test really worth it, I received a lot of differant opinions. I love it,,, it gets the gears turning in my head. I like the thought of going up gradually. I like the comment about increasing food and work out habits. Lets really dig into this since I have the attetion of so many of you.
Some of my old post (not great so don't go jumping into the search engine) :)
I am not professional, I have never stepped onto a stage and I serioulsy doubt that will ever be a part of my life.
I have completed two cycles (listed earlier in this thread). I have posted my food intake on previous threads (I keep hearing comments about how hugh I must be).
I eat a hella lot of lean food,,, alot... My body burns it like crazy, call it a weakness or a strength,, I hated when I was young becuase I struggled getting weight on me. Now that I am in my 40's and my abs look decent, I enjoy it, to a point. The down side is two cycles, and I still weigh 200lbs. Don't get me wrong, I see a huge difference in lean body mass, just still 200lbs. Back to the main question of is more test, really more. I want to push past that barrier my body has found of 200. I have done it before in short burst, but was clearly water weight. I want 210+ and that is the basis of adding more test into the picture.
I am including a pic after first cycle, don't have a current one after recent cycle. The only major change is I have lost some of my abs and leaness and bulked up around the chest and arms. Vascular everywhere from arms to legs, although mid section got thicker including wasit line. Both 200lbs though. I will get a curret pic later tonight or tomorrow and let you all look.

Here's the real secret kid. Don't tell anyone I told you.

Use enough test to keep your blood levels in the upper range of normal. Ideally a bit over normal. Use techniques to stimulate your appetite. Morning cardio/appetite stimulants/B12. You want to be hungry as much as possible. Here's the key:

Eat as much clean food as you possibly can without gaining fat. If it takes GH and lots of it to keep you from gaining fat in this situation, so be it. If it takes T3 while you are bulking, so be it. If it takes CNS stimulants, that's what it takes.


So, bottom line Eat tons of nutritious food without getting fat. Keep testosterone levels up in a good range. Make an effort to stimulate the appetite. Force your body to partition the food you are eating toward muscle instead of bodyfat through pharmaceutical means if necessary.

This is the basic outline that brought you the 300 pound 8% b.f. Mr. O in the offseason.

Not that I would would taking 2g would be easy in regards to injections. Sure with some supertest blends out there it would be hell on earth. I am on t500 now (te 250 and tc 250). I am using 750mg. It is easy to inject and I have no problems. I could easily do 4ml per week.. or 6ml. So in regards to injections it would be fairly easy.

But sure if your on lots of test with other injs and maybe some GH and folli (lol) then you would need to want it alot cos that would be annoying and painful.

As your muscles grow, you can do more ML in each muscle group

Completely agree. But I bet he would much rather do 2x 2ml injs.
