Nobody is 100% symmetrical, there can be quite large differences from one side to the other. It's also rare for anyone to have both arms measuring the exact same. Like muscle mass vascularity can also vary to a large degree from one side of the body to the other.
I think it also depends a lot on how much you use each arm and what for. The best example is to look at a blacksmith or a butcher who use their strongest arm for chopping or hammering all day. There is a vast difference from the left to the right, not only in muscle mass but quite often in vascularity too.
