Just thought I'd share some pics from my morning cardio session today. This is a popular short hike close to where I live. There are 3 trails to get to the big letter M at the top, ranging from easy dirt trail switchbacks to climbing up rock faces. It's an 850 ft climb, with the trails ranging from 1.5-0.8 miles to the top, depending on which level trail you take. Definitely beats incline treadmill work any day!!
