Razor, this is exactly where I am at in life. 32, used to be a hard 260, now I'm a soft 240 after a fully blown peck and bicep. I've been doing mma for the past year, but it's hard to find a balance with diet and adapting to a new style of training. I do DC three days a week, and three days I do GPP workouts, striking two nights, and one night of rolling a week. And this is after a year of trying different training methodologies. Ross training and such.... Trying to get the best of both worlds. What's the point of all this muscle if I'm gassed in 45 seconds? Anyway, thanks for sharing. Spoke volumes to me.
