almost every health based supplement I use is LEF, so I agree

but to the point of the OP , they are not budget priced , for me quality is of more concern and I don't care much about the cost. But it wasn't always that way

So cheaaaap !!! If I convert the cost from £ to dollars & give it you ( from Amazon UK) . you will get a mini stroke lol this reminds me a post from Elvia. You guys ( Americans ) are so damn lucky ! I could nearly triple my monthly supp stack if I could buy all I wanted from USA :-(

I eat tuna fish two cans every day some-times . sometimes fish like flounder once a week (contest prep ive eaten more fish-wild caught)

NY mate I was just looking around and saw another super great and top notch fish oil supp by trusted brand of many of us here , jarrows ( If I remember u like jarrows supp too )

Same pattern/ source of fish oil is again ... It says on their website ...

Fish ( anchovy and sardine)

So small deep water fish same as Nordic naturals , Carlson's and natures best and now jarrows all using the same source of fish oil . thought to add this info to this great thread .

So i think perhaps its not the time to be patriotic for you american guys to go with the US whitefish in the nutrigold brand lol
