when doing gh fasted would bcaa's , l carnitine, caffeine, ephedrine throw lessen results optimally, and like how much percent 10,20,30 etc?
If its taken pre workout and works then good. I feel bcaa's are useful are benfial before cardio. Ive done competitions where I used yohimbine , ephedrine caffeine only no bcaas first thing bc they would spike insulin and came to the conclusion bcaa's definitely help spare muscle and strength.
I sometimes weight train fasted on bcaa's and stimulate pre competition because I dont have time to do a full weight training session and break them up before and after work.
