Hi guys!

I've been reading a lot about different insulin/HGH protocols PWO and at the end everyone does different things...

I'd like to try out insulin + HGH PWO for my off season, I was thinking of pinning them together right after workout with a big protein/carbs/eaas shake.

Other option could be taking HGH PWO with glutamine + bcaas, drive back home (15-20 mins), pin humalog and drink my protein/carb shake, but I'm not sure if it would make a difference since synthetic HGH gets absorbed even if you eat carbs...

It would be more anabolic and result in higher igf1 levels hitting carbs with HGH. Will decrease insulin sensitivity more so than having HgH and then no carbs
 
I wouldn't bother with slin if I couldn't do it pre workout

You want efficient. Then use them correctly pre workout.
 
I read into every protocol I could and tried several til I found what I felt worked best for me. Right or wrong this worked best for me - GH 1 hour pre workout, slin R 30 mins pre workout.
