Hi guys!
I've been reading a lot about different insulin/HGH protocols PWO and at the end everyone does different things...
I'd like to try out insulin + HGH PWO for my off season, I was thinking of pinning them together right after workout with a big protein/carbs/eaas shake.
Other option could be taking HGH PWO with glutamine + bcaas, drive back home (15-20 mins), pin humalog and drink my protein/carb shake, but I'm not sure if it would make a difference since synthetic HGH gets absorbed even if you eat carbs...
