so far this is this best increase in the shortest time ive seen in myself, after a heavy bulk in the summer, on 9/03/09 i got blood and my total was 359, hdl 17, ldl 318, trig 122, blood pressure 150/100 i know scary crazy, had know idea, on 12/03/09 total was 152, trig 83, hdl 36-dam, ldl 99, blood pressure got back to 120/80 in october.

only dam thing now stated in my other thread is that my new test says bun is 26, suppose to be no more than 25, creatinine 1.46, suppose to be no more than 1.30, my ratio as 18 but doesnt say which is the higher on the ratio the bun or the creatinine is higher, which is what i really need to know , what do i do, is this a sign to chill on high pro? what do yall do, kidney cleanse worth a dam

That's a remarkable turn-around in 3 months time! How did you accomplish that level of change in just 12 weeks?

Collected 10/21/2009

GLOMERULAR FILTRATION RATE 66-NB
CHOLESTEROL 303 <200 mg/dL
TRIGLYCERIDE 197 <150 mg/dL
HDL 46 >/=40 mg/dL
LDL CALCULATED 218 <100 mg/dL
CHOLESTEROL/HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN 6.6 <5.0

Blood Pressure 118/72

Drop in weight 6 lbs

Collected 12/02/2009

CREATININE 1.1 0.7-1.3 mg/dL
GLOMERULAR FILTRATION RATE 73-NB
CHOLESTEROL 170 <200 mg/dL
TRIGLYCERIDE 128 <150 mg/dL
HDL 43 >/=40 mg/dL
LDL CALCULATED 101 <100 mg/dL
CHOLESTEROL/HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN 4.0 <5.0

My Doctor is worried about the low reading of the GLOMERULAR FILTRATION RATE 73-NB which should be around 94 for my age..Possible kidney damage but it's up from 66 in 5 weeks

HDL Went up from 23 to 34 in 3-months of using Niacin @2,000mg./day.

Good job, just intake the Cranberry caps with 2+ gallons of water each day. I think training is great because it allows you flush your system. It is difficult to just down a jug of water, but when training you are naturally thirsty.

I went from about 10 in my HDL's while on a low dose test with a pro homrone, to after dropping the pro hormone 30 days later, my HDL was a 34.

i was kinda monitoring about how much i drank 2 gallons is a lot, i guess this could be considered a total of liquids when bulking, like milk, juice. i forgot about the cranberry, wasnt sure if they would help alot but readig they do

clean diet, some supplements, its prob not that remarkable to some others out there, im sure some people know ways now to get results like this close to times 2, it is the best ive seen , i didntknow hdl could get that high that quick, because were ever you read hdl takes a while to bring up

Don't know..Been doing a lot of cardio and losing weight..Ir normally runs around 118/74 somewhere in there. Not bad for a 6' 222lb man at age 57.

I think soluble fiber drastically helped my cholesterol levels. Was eating a ton of it during pct along with just slightly better overall diet and 2 weeks after pct I got blood test and hdl was at 61, ldl 113, and trig 71. According to blood test sheet hdl above 59 is considered negative risk factor for coronary heart disease. I was pretty surprised at how good my levels were considering I got it just 6 weeks after I ended my cycle.

When I went on TRT and lowered my carbs my triglycerides dropped from 160 to 97.

Not to take the thread off topic, but for those with high triglycerides, try cutting wheat based products from your diet. Wheat wreaks havoc on triglycerides, which in turn will increase LDLs.

you mean you went from a higher amount down to TRT and have remained on TRT, thus creating the drop in triglycerides after a little time?

If you mean higher amount of gear, no. I was clean for 15 years and had very low test. Going on TRT dropped the triglycerides.

cardiochek Machine

This is just and FYI... I'm not one to push any product, but about 1 year ago I purchased a cardiochek machine for home use. This is one of the most convenient machines ever. It basically is similar to a glucose monitoring machine. You prick your finger and put a few blood drop on a test strip which you insert into the machine. About a minute later, you get your result. The best part is that this machine has strips for Total Cholesterol, HDL and Triglycerides. This has allowed me to check my lipid profile frequently and keep an eye out for things that work and others that don't. I recently dropped about 30 points on my total chol. in just 3 weeks by just doing a bit more cardio, taking fish tabs (specifically those high in DHA/EPA, not just OMEGA-3) and approx 1 g of niacin per day (again specifically nicotinic acid). Oh, and I increased my fiber intake.

I just wanted to put the word out there for those that want to get blood work done in the comfort of your own home and get the results in minutes instead of days.

OH, BTW. This machine is very accurate.
