Anyone noticed that Most users online has changed after a long time? Happy to see that more and more people are coming to one of the best forums of bodybuilding. I would like to take this time to thank all the experts, old members, moderators and Big A taking your time to help all the newbies and the one's in need honestly. As a new member myself I had learned a lot of things from here in this short time and continuing learning new things daily. I wish all of you good health and luck with your goals. Yes, PM is one of those boards you visit once and are addicted forever... the atmosphere here has always been VERY different... and will remain that way as long as Big A doesn't wake up one morning fed up with bodybuilding and decides to sell it to someone else...

Been a member of a lot of boards, most for cars but many others as well and some bodybuilding boards. I can say hands down PM has the best atmosphere, mix of people and is the most helpful I've ever been on, the wealth of knowledge we have in here from the heavy hitters is unmatched. It's fun a light hearted but we take our knowledge base very seriously and always open to new things instead of just parroted bs and shooting people down. We all look out for each other.

Truly a brotherhood, kudos to Big A and the rest of the guys who make the place run.
