FWIW from fellow retard I was using MOTS-C and SS-31 with DNP last week.

Would take 3mg each pre cardio when I was feeling a little weak. Definitely helped from an energy standpoint. 90 mins cardio sucked but easily could have done more.
 
I ran SS-31 after a 3-week DNP run left me with fatigue that lasted months. 1 month of 8 mg/d of SS-31 fixed me - went from leaving the gym early due to lack of energy (felt like a zombie) to back to doing full workouts with intensifiers like rest-pause and drop sets.

What did your DNP run look like?
 
Just finished a kit of SS-31, my first, this week. Pinned 1mg of MOTS-c yesterday late afternoon. Was kind of amazed by how effective it was. I was about 11 hours into my work day and pinned it in anticipation of the 3 hour somewhat technical task that was remaining. I felt an increase in energy within about 30 minutes and cruised through that final task, taking me to about 8:30PM. I then finished my day with a very moderately paced 5 mile run, sauna etc. At no point did I feel tired. What is most notable is that the increased energy was not accompanied by any change in mood. It was very smooth. I am not the friendliest person and stims usually move me further in that direction. My mood remained steady and almost positive. I worked much more efficiently than normal. Finally, my sleep was unaffected.
Reconstituted 10mg with 3ml half bac water, half phosphate buffered saline per source's recommendation. Clear and easy to draw into a 30g pin. Some post injection irritation.
Amazing first experience. Hope it is replicable. My goals at my age (53) are to be as strong, fast/mobile and lean as possible, equally weighted. MOTS-c looks like an ally. Will post again once I finish the kit.
 
Was loving MOTS-C...But out of no where had a crazy allergic reaction. Shot it I.M into quad, immediatly the spot turned itchy...and a red, raised rash spread about 10 inches across my quad. Literally watched it spread by the second, was wild to see. Felt a bit off...went to urgent care and they gave me a benadryl injection

Have been hearing that this can happen out of no where with some people with MOTS-C. Some even reported going into anaphylactic shock. Has anyone else had any type of response of the sort
Just home from the ER. IM injection of 3mg(which is not unusual for me). Same 40mg vial I've been using.
Huge salivary response, nausea, massive raised injection site, blood shot eyes, chest tightness, throat constriction. In that order. Then I hightailed it to the ER
Epi pen, high dose IV benadryl, prednisone and something else. Finally calmed down. Don;'t know if it's bodies response to the compound itself or if I possibly did get some ofit IV in the injection. Not risking it again, though. Too bad. I really liked this peptide

I was taking it irrespective of working out immediately after pinning. I was only using 1mg/day for improved mitochondrial function for health and longevity reasons. I could feel a very slight surge in energy, but nothing like others have reported who are taking higher milligrams for fat burning purposes.
 
It's been mehhhh for me. Some report big endurance gains and energy boosts. Might have had a energy boost for a day or two or it might have been placebo. I say placebo. I think it really depends on how your mito system is doing. If you need it then you'll likely feel something. If not then mehhh. I plan on doing a whole mito stack after my next bulk to see if that does anything or if this whole mito peptide thing is shit. I mean on paper it sounds great and I want it to work but so far slu and mot c have done nothing for me.
 
If you want the health benefits, taking any time of day will work.

If you want the acute pre workout effects then take it pre workout. Whether it was cardio or lifting when I took before working out it definitely gave me a boost.

Hmm. SLU can be all over the place with doses... But what about MOTS-C dosing were you doing?

When I was taking 3-4mg pre workout I couldnt deny the energy wasnt placebo. 1-2mg and I wasnt so sure.
 
3mg daily. I've heard that from some and then some feel the way I do. I really think it boils down to if you need it at that time or not. I'm not done experimenting like I said I want it to work and I've really only dipped my toes in the water. I plan to hit a full stack. Also got some landing today and it's been about a week since my last dose so imma hit 5mg and see what's up.
 
0.670mg is enough for me, deep into a diet to get the energy benefits and any fat burning effects if they exist.
 
I’ve been doing 2mg for the last few months and I feel great, did 1 day of 4mg and It was noticeable improvement but waiting for more to arrive before I increase it

Good to hear.

I love MOTS-C and hate getting off of it; but unfortunately it’s one of the peptides that I consistently read “should be” cycled. Who knows.

These days, I’m running it:
-2 months on and 1 month off
(SS-31 during this time off)
-5 days on and 2 days off or 3 days on and 1 day off
-5mg/day first thing in the AM
