ive started with 1g l-carnitine pwo. 4 weeks later ive introtuced slu-pp and 4 weeks after that ive introtuced mots and amino
current stack is 1g carn pre workout, 10mg slu-pp AM, 10mg slu-pp post workout, 3mg mots-c and 2mg amino AM.
i feel it gives more endurance and my sleep has improved. I wake up earlier and feel more refreshed
but what i also feel on my low carb days it that is seems to worsen breathing. Not sure if it is just placebo but in a way it feels similar to a lowish dose DNP

Wouldn't that be counter productive long term ?I'm guessing to continue the body feeling like it's exercising after you finish exercising?
same reason @madcap71 stated. slu-pp mimics excersise and since i workout mid day and dont want to take it too close to bed, i take it in the AM before my walks and around an hour after my workout.Was going to ask the same thing. Does reallly make sense.
Was loving MOTS-C...But out of no where had a crazy allergic reaction. Shot it I.M into quad, immediatly the spot turned itchy...and a red, raised rash spread about 10 inches across my quad. Literally watched it spread by the second, was wild to see. Felt a bit off...went to urgent care and they gave me a benadryl injection
Have been hearing that this can happen out of no where with some people with MOTS-C. Some even reported going into anaphylactic shock. Has anyone else had any type of response of the sort

It has a relatively short half life but also has a lot of downstream metabolic effects even after it clears the system.
2x a week would work, 3x a week would probably be better, Ed (just my opinion) would probably be best.
