I just wanted to take a minute to give props where they are due.
I know we have a lot of guys following John Meadow's training here, myself being one of them. The changes I'm seeing in my physique using his methods are VERY noticeable and it's only been about 5-6 weeks so far. I'm very excited to see what a full offseason produces.
All bodyparts are coming up, but most noticeable to me is my delts and chest development, something I've always struggled with. Here are a couple pics taken after todays chest and shoulder workout and the changes are very noticeable to me (perhaps not to you guys unless you're used to seeing me).
