Mouth Taping?

I bought some the “Hostage Tape” which is made just for this. Kinda leary to try it to be honest. And that’s with a cpap.

Highly recommend this especially if you are using a nasal pillow CPAP. I just use 3M Microprene tape. I have been doing it for about 6 months.

Been doing it for two years. Complete game changer. I was nervous at first but then immediately realized how easy it was. One of the best things I have done for my health.

I use a full face CPAP mask… Plus I have sinus issues… So I’d suffocate if I tried that…. Straight up night time mouthbreather here!

I tried somnifix won’t work if u have much facial hair . I been using straight up duct tape. I’ll try the 3m . Hostage tape gets expensive but I hear it’s the best

do you have the nose cpap machine or do you just do it to breathe normally out of your nose at night?
