Moving powder from one vial to another?

I don't have any AA on hand only BW and about a dozen vials. My problem is that my pegmgf comes in only one vial and I can't add BW to that or the rest wil go bad. I was thinking about just adding a very small amount of unfilitered distilled vinegar (i don't have any filters) to the vial with my pegmgf and move a certain amount to each vial. Before I inject I would add BW.

Would this work?

i hope you know its for research purposes only. you should have planned a head and bough 2ml vials in advance knowing that you get it all in 1 vial.
