yes it was a last minute thing...I only did 4 weeks of dieting for the show...I thought hell im in shape why not...I should be able to win this thing being at only 85-90% of my best...So why not...Im happy I could win a NQ show with only 4 weeks of dieting, so thats a lesson for all the yound BB out there...Stay lean in the offseason and do your cardio...

loox like most of us have that title now, just sad that all of us that have won it have left that state. Too bad its not a better ground for fitness and BBing. You deserved the win, its not a big show but being from Iowa it was a pretty big accomplishment for anyone who lived there in our small group of BBers buddies. Im happy for u, cant wait to see ur nationals package, post some pics asap like to see how u lookd.
