He's got a new trainer who learned his stuff from Charles I believe.

Also, did he really use Farah? I don't think he listened to him lol

Flex top 3 in Classic and Cedric Top 5

After seeing who Flex is against this year there is no chance he will make top 3. Some incredible physiques in classic now. The other Flex will win 212 but no surprises there. Heath to win the open and even less of a surprise there. I think there could be a few surprises with the other top spots though but the order of 2-6 doesn't interest me and that's why classic does as it's wide open. There will definitely be a newer winner in classic this year imo.
