Great to be back! Yes it is I, Picko.
Been out of the gym since 2008. Recently doing the basics in my basement.
Gains are coming fast and easy. To be fair, I really shrunk. I was very weak when I first picked the iron back up.
I found two custom protein sites where I can order what I want, cheaply. (Not sure of the rule mentioning websites. Pretty sure I'm not allowed to mention them by name since they aren't sponsors.)
So I'm lifting, eating clean, good protein supplements. Doing a 5 protein blend for during the day and at night and carbs and CFM Isolate post workout.
Now, when I start to stagnate, I'd like to add creatine. When I got out of the game, CEE, creatine ethyl ester was king. It worked well for me.
I can barely find it. There's a few brands that still produce it. There was board sponsor, Neutraceuticals (sp?) that sold it cheap. Capsules. While plastic bottle with white label and blue lettering, I THINK. I can't find him.
I used a product from a bodybuilder, last name with a G. Pump was in the name. I check it out, and now he's using a different creatine, creatine tri-something. How is this? Recommendations? How does it compare to CEE? Were there major strides made in creatine quality in the 7 years I was gone?
