For some reason lately I've had no appetite in the morning. So I just drink a shake instead and have a solid meal 3 hours later. I ate some eggs just yesterday morning and I was just gaging on them.
For some reason it seems most advanced bodybuilders eat more solid food so I'm concerned about the amount of protein drinks I'm consuming. I wasn't always like this.
Is there a reason why solid food is better than the meal replacement drinks? Should I be concerned if I eat 2 or 3 solid meals a day and drink 4 or 5 MRDs?
