MRI (Renal)

Hey everyone so I had MRI done last month finally got the results.

Help me understand my MRI results

1. Kidneys look good the kidney size looks good. There are no calculi or obstruction?

2.Prostate looks good not enlarged.

3. Ureteral jets are present???

4. Aorta is normal.

5. Possible hepatomegaly. Further testing suggested?

What worries me why is my liver might be enlarged. I don't drink heavy. I feel good. I don't abuse gear at all.

Any ideas? I'll post MRI picture results in a Lil.

its means nothing.

ureteral jets are supposed to be seen. its a perinent in the sense it rules our obstruction on that side.

as for liver. if its supposed to be a renal MRI often times you arent catching the whole liver. they likely think its extending down a bit too far in relation to the right kidney hence giving it a soft call of maybe enlarged. if they saw the whole thing they would have measured it but they didnt.

Based off those ultra sound results how do you think they look not to bad? Obviously I will follow,up with my liver concern
