Mrs dadbod82 5 week progress

My wife wants to try doing a BB show so we started a 6 month program with a local trainer to get her ready for one. These are pictures from her starting point through the end of week 5 and pictures from week 5 incline/shoulder press day.

Back story:
Soon to be 38 with 4 kids. 3 knee surgeries and 2 spinal cord stimulator surgeries(like a pace make for her spine. It stimulates nerves that go to her knee to block pain).

I don't post much on here but I'm proud of her and want to show off her progress.

BF% is dropping. Spinal cord stimulator is way visible right now. She's a beast and I'm proud of the progress she's making. I have some more pics coming but they're on her phone.

She is super determined. I couldn't be more proud. I do however take 80% of the credit since I'm the chef lol

Let me first say she's is aware of all the risks of sides when taking gear. I've caught some shit on other boards but she's a grown woman and knows her body.

Currently she's on 30mg test p/wk and 50mg var/day. She knows that is a massive amount of var for women but was not happy with 10-20mg. Maybe original var was underdosed I don't know. She's happy so I'm happy.

We also have clen, t3, and npp to add in closer to whatever show she does.
