I agree: 12-13%. The general rule is that abs in men become fully visible at 10%BF.
Personally if I were you I'd focus on adding muscle, which will make you look leaner and will have the effect of increasing the rate at which you burn fat naturally. However, I saw that you used to be pretty overweight and have lost a lot of fat in a short period of time. That's a great accomplishment, but now that you are lean, it might be time to switch tactics, up your protein, start lifting in the 8-10 rep range and do HIIT cardio.
