Oh man... My jaw dropped when I saw your pics. You already started, so I guess you're going through with this and gotta say I'm interested in what will become of this.

don't worry about the brain fog. You will feel very lazy. I suggest caffeine/ephedrine. I can barely function these days without them (running ~600mg crystal ED).

Day 5: Last night had alot of sweat action going after bumping up the dose by another half cap, today wasn't too bad. gonna bump the dose up to 2 caps tomorrow.

you look about 12-13% bf, hard to say exactly, u havent got alot of fat, jus very minimal muscle mass which makes you bf% high

I agree: 12-13%. The general rule is that abs in men become fully visible at 10%BF.

Personally if I were you I'd focus on adding muscle, which will make you look leaner and will have the effect of increasing the rate at which you burn fat naturally. However, I saw that you used to be pretty overweight and have lost a lot of fat in a short period of time. That's a great accomplishment, but now that you are lean, it might be time to switch tactics, up your protein, start lifting in the 8-10 rep range and do HIIT cardio.

Any updates on your DNP usage? How's it going?

Thanks for the reply its currently day 12.

6 of which was at 200(active DNP per day)
and the other 6 were at 400(mg active DNP) except during the weekend
which I bumped it up to 700mg(active dnp) per day. Total loss of about 6lbs, I think im retaining 3-4lbs so i've lost somewhere to around 8lbs but i wont be able to tell forsure till I end the cycle. I'm gonna go at it for 5 more days.

Been having some rough headaches and lethargy other than that it seems as if the sides were overhyped. Ill go up to 800mg for 2 days before ending and let you guys now how that is.

carb cravings have been intense though. added in the EC stack and its been helping the lethargy/cravings.
