dont know if it's co-incidence or what.. but i noticed little to no nausea if i down 5g of taurine prior to hitting 300-600mcg of pt141.
dosed some two times last week.. first time i waited for the nausea.. didnt hit.
i dosed 600mcg a couple days later.. took my taurine, and no nausea.

I take 500mcg everyday for about a month and I always have a good tan by then after that I go to 500mcg about 2-3 times a week through the whole summer and continue to get darker.

Been using this for 15 years. I could never get a tan naturally only turned red. This gives me some crazy tans with no burn/peeling skin. It’s a god send

What about people that live hot climate all year round?

I live in South Florida. Am fair skinned and burn kind of easy... sorta got my skin used to the sun down here by making a point to be in the sun everyday for at least 30 mins without sunscreen.

If I was to try it out, should I go for a super low dose?

It works but dem freckles are legit. Never knew I even had any until used it and became a spotted cheetah.

I just started MT2 a couple weeks ago and this time I took @Elvia1023 ’s advice, and started low dose at 150mcg per day, and gradually went up to 300mcg. No freckles or dark moles so far.(knock on wood). I used to do the 1mg for 10 days dose and had spots all over, and got darker on my belly and face, and had a camouflage looking dick.
Slow and steady is way.

Try Zofran for nausea. Totally eliminates any type of it within minutes. Can even calm the strongest GERD/acid reflux for hours. Even works for food poisoning.
