What I've noticed over the past 15-20 years with my wife and I.
When we take multis for an extended period (like a year), we get multiple colds/flus in the winter season.
When we don't take multis for a year or longer, we don't get colds/flus in the winter season.
We're pretty active. She is a marathon junkie. I do strongman. We're pretty active people overall.
So, we noticed this, and decided to stop taking them a few years ago.
