Ive been training for 5 years and I have NEVER had one. recently ive been getting them all over... Happens mostly in my legs, when i either do a hard workout for legs and once in a while on the step master. randomly in my lats and sometimes while im working out abs... (rope crunches)..
Why after 5 years am i getting muscle cramps? Am i doing something wrong?
