Here is the issue guys. It seems like early morning when I go to sit down or get up my legs (I think the gracilis muscle) seem to want to cramp but I will sit back down and it will go away. You can feel the muscle twitch and start tightening quickly. This isn't everyday but about every other day. I stay plenty hydrated, consume tons of potassium and calcium, take my multis......what else could it be? Thanks!
