Muscle and fitness is now geared more toward the average gym goer/ fitness enthusiast. Back in the early 80's when I first started working out, all the info I could find was from MF Mag. Every month I couldn't wait till the next issue came out...Muscle and Fitness was my only means of finding out who won a Pro show or how to train...My...how times have changed.
