I used to dump some dbol powder in the LBA bottle. That was a fun thing hehe

Liquid is better. I thought it had to be in a powdered form. Never paid attention to it.

Glycerol monostearate is muuuuuch less effective than liquid glycerol. The only powdered glycerol worth using is hydromax

Ya it’s debatable how much collagen protein helps with muscular gain, but the glycerol in them made you look full as fuck if you’re were taking in a good amount of them

I'm going to do exactly this, although we've been lucky and haven't broken low 90s here in South Carolina, the humidity is atrocious and sure as hell isn't gonna get better lol

Do you add sodium or other electrolytes? I like adding a little salt in with mine. I used to also supplement potassium, but I'm not sure exactly how wise that is

How much did you use and with how much water? You do want to use a LOT of water with it. I could see it causing diarrhea if you didn’t drink enough water with it

Two tablespoons in a 18 ounces. I drink water all day long.

I can't tell at all when I'm flat....only after the fact when I'm full do I realize.
