Isoflex is the only one that surprises me. I haven't tried synthapure. Maybe I will have to look at that again. I won't mention how good TN is so I don't get in trouble

Some don't surprise me at all. Although the differences are huge in some. What's pretty shocking is every tested product failed so chances are quite a lot of the other big names will likely fail too. Optimum nutrition is one I sometimes use for flavoured oats but that will be changing.

I use synthepure and it's the best protein I have ever used and most importantly I trust the company.

I am having a very very hard time with this study. Optimum Nutrition is owned by Glanbia one of the largest producers of cheese in the world and also is (as of last year) the largest producer of whey protein isolate in the world. I very much doubt the largest supplier in the world which also supplies 1000's upon 1000's of other companies has a scamming campaign going on. Something is amiss

I am guilty of just reading the title and going down to the chart. Plus the fact Emeric posted it I assumed it would be a study from a great source. Just read it then and it says about the poster presentation Ok maybe on second glance this shouldn't be taken as 100% but who knows there may be something in it.

Looks like I'll buy bulk BCAA's in powder form. I was considering it two days ago so that means it's fate.
I found an inject BCAA mix for horses. I'm not sure how much better they work that way, if at all. Any speculation?

Now the inject bcaas has me curious, I've heard a good amount of positive about it (other than hard to find) but really didn't see the point if you could just get a good bcaa/EAA it seems deliverance would be almost similar since it doesn't have to be digested but rather immediately available for absorption?
I really would like to see someone's feedback on it though...
