Muscle Relaxants

Anyone knows any good muscle relaxants that are OTC?
I messed up my lover back and im getting painfull spasms. I had SOMA before but run out of it and dont wanna go to see DR just for that.
So i was wondering if anything OTC is good

going to sound dumb but ibpruofin dosed at 300mgs 4x a day. the 1st dosing won't help, but will be in your system, then the 2nd dose will kick in.. just my opinion!

I have 600mg ibup. Poping it like a candy for now
Feels better but still cant walk or stand straight without spasms hitting my stomach and legs

that sux! try a whirlpool perhaps or a simple hot bathtub!

Try Aleve. It is naproxen an anti-inflamitory commony prescribed to treat low back pain. It should do the trick and it is available otc.

not otc but works.

Everything is rx only anything that would help you alot , I have two herniated disks and terrible muscle spasms on my lower back dr. gave zanoflex (tizinadine) works real good.
