Im sure you guys have tried just putting what your body needs in a pot or blender reguardless of taste Im forcing down some chili type concoction I made with low sodium v8 ,very well drained ground beef ,a few different types of beans (canned rinsed) spices (garlic chili flakes pepper ect) and oatmeal This is just stuff I had laying around ,and I can actually eat it without throwing up
