Hey guys,
so since about Monday, after doing Shrugs.. i Noticed a pronounced head twitching or neck spasm...
Its hard to explain, Basically if i was too look straight at you, and think about this twitching problem, my head will jerk to a locking point, whether its left,right, up or down.
My gf says she doesnt notice it, nobody else but me notices it but its extremely anoying, it feels like the muscles at the base of my skull, behind my head are Tightening up in different areas causing my head to move in that general direction..
Its made me very self concious to the point where going to the gym yesterday was an anxiety nightmare, and the more i think about it the worse it is.
I remember looking back on it, on occasion this "head twitch" would happen one time or so during a typical workout , but so rare i didnt really pay attention to it.
But now its getting kinda out of hand, i Bumped Magnesium intake, and that seemed to help a little, now the movements are smaller, and less pronounced to me but still happen and alot more consistantly.. (Again i think thats because im thinking about it 24/7 now as opposed to sometimes like earlier in the week)..
Anyone experience anything like this before?,
ive lowered my Tren down and stimulants down to lower anxiety and thats helped a little too but i have no idea what the root cause is. No pain involved just involuntary tiny movements.
Any help would be fantastic.
