Muscle tears.........

Do they always come with bruising? I tweaked something in my right pec yesterday.....hurts like a M'fer but there is no brusing or swelling.

Probly depends on the severity of the tear. Some people bruise easier than others also.

Not necessarily. I've tore my left quad and left soleus. Diagnosed by a physician. Lots of swelling in the quad. No bruising. No bruising or swelling in the soleus. Just lots of pain. Prolly depends on severity.

if you got insurance go have it checked out if you don't i understand as i have a strained or minor tear in a bicep tendon that i cant have checked out cause of no insurance.... i'm changing up workouts and going to give it some rest....

It may take more than 1 day to surface. Deep tissue injurys may take a couple days to surface, bruise and last weeks.
