progress report
weight is at 288.5
i'm down 3 notches on my belt, size 36 pants are getting to be loose in the waist now. before diet size 38 was snug on my waist
still losing fat but gaining size in the process
the lower back injury is still a major pain in my training :banghead: can't do legs hardly at all and can't do anything during back workout that puts a strain on the lower back. but my strength is up considerably
i'll start logging my workouts as soon as i start writing it all down, probably this week
started bpc-157 today @625mcg subQ right over hurt spot in lower back so I'm hoping for the best, at this dosage i can run it for 24 days, but I will probably just run it a few days past when the pain goes away and run the rest on my knees ---my lower back injury is an old injury that i recently rehurt, originally when i was 19 i was leg pressing nearly 900 lbs in a workout and my hip popped out of place, well the two bones sitting on top of your hips that your spine sits on top of was moved out of alignment over an inch, well i reinjured this a few weeks ago deadlifting and walking alone has been a task to say the least.
