Strange. The place this is filmed is the gym I used to lift at some years ago before I moved. Best gym ive ever seen. This video shows the swing squat machine I used to use sometimes. That thing is great. The guy that invented it came in one day, hes friends with the owner Mike, and instruced me on its proper use. In that room behind her where the painting is on the wall is a really nice dead lift platform.
