Is a study on IP-6 (Phytic acid) however little is known on how beneficial is for people doing sports activities, Center for Biogenic Stimulants from Bulgaria was the only that did study in active sportmen with Phytic acid. The original Bulgarin biostimulant energix was the first and only preworkout supplement with IP-6 (phytic acid) in the world. I was lucky to talk with one of the scientis from Bulgaria.
