Lol, even I was pretty amazed. Its hard to follow a routien more then most being a Fire fighter but I adapted well.

Thanks to all you for the complements, you (the people on the board) have helped more then you can imagine.

I couldnt beleive it eiather until I looked at the photos, lol. He pushed me, guided me and told me straight....no candy coating for me and thats how I like it. I hope we can achieve grreater results as time goes on. All his clients should be proud of what they have done.
