And this is me a month ago at 14.2 stone...... i'm 6ft2
All things considered:
How you look now versus then.
The fact that you are relatively new to this.
Youre making progess.
My advice would be this.......giving a log book a shot. Especially with being
new, young, and a little on the ecto side. Log all calories, training, and
supps. You might be suprised at how little or much you eat. Or how much
you eat of certain things. Or how often you use cables instead of dumbells,
ect. Keep posting.......
