First cycle was 25mg Dbol weeks 1-4 Test enanth500mg weeks 1-12 and EQ400mg weeks 1-10. I gained 34lbs but realistically if I was lucky 10lbs were actual muscle 10 fat and 14water. Went from 200lbs to 234.Im currently dieting off all AAS, just clen, IGF,eca,etc.... I went off my cycle mid Jan and continued to bulk till May. I kept about 30lbs of my 34lb gain and have been dieting for about a month now and weigh 218. I plan on getting to a very lean 190lbs and hopping back on another cycle. I want only lean mass. No water and No fat. Thats why realistically im looking to gain 10lbs this cycle. I was thinking of running 10weeks of Test prop at 500-600mg a week and winny at 50mg EOD weeks 4-10. I wanted to through either proviron or primo into the stack. Total, the primo will cost be about $380 to run at 300mg throughout the cycle and the proviron would cost about $280 to run 50mg a day throughout the cycle. Are either worth throwing in the batch, or should I just stick with prop and winny. IF not whats a better one?

Were you taking an anti-aromatase? They tend to keep water bloat down. Water can help to increase your strength, but downside is increased BP (real prob for me) and you lose it right away.

I've used those items you used, along with letrozole, and gained no water/bloat.

Primo and proviron are GOOD - but I'd save them for pre-contest. They're not needed for a regular cut cycle. You can control more with nutrition than adding these fine tune elements in.

So i'd be better off using some type of anti-arom opposed to proviron since its cheaper?

Nolva, proviron, clomid are all anti-estrogens. They prevent estrogen from attaching to receptor sites (nipples and gonads).

Anastrozole and letrozole (exemastane also) are anti-aromatase' and prevent testosterone from converting to estrogen.

Two different mechanisms.

I've heard that about letrazole only. Arimidex, clomid and proviron won't supress your sex drive. Proviron will probably enhance it.
