Ok this might get alittle x-rated so cover your ears, Me and the wife bought a 37" flatscreen tv @ best buy 8 mths ago all was good for a mth and it froze up so we took it back and got a new one same brand ( INSIGNIA ) about two weeks ago as i walked down stairs @ 5 am the wife tells me the tv is messed up, all its doing is flashing please wait for a split sec then the pic goes black so I get on the net and look up the problem and it says to take a hair dryer and heat up the back of the tv------ still nothing, I removed the back looked @ all the capacitors all look good----- wait 3 hrs plug it back in still the same crap!!!! wait until 11 am and call the support people and was told they would send a tech out which was today!!! now at 10 am my wife calls me @ work and says the tech will be here @ 1pm and when we called we told them anytime after 3pm , so the wife calls the GEEK SQUAD back to see if they could come at or after 3pm she was told NO and if she wanted a diffrent time she would have to make another Appointment!!! Now I'm pissed i piad $800 for a tv i cant watch and had to use 2.5 hrs of vacation time from work to be home to let this ass in !! Once he gets here @ 1:30 he takes the back off and looks around writes down a few #"s and puts the back on and says I'll order a new power board and a new audio board , they should be in in 2 weeks!!! I ask him if he will meter the bower board to see if thats what is wrong and he says "THERE IS NO WAY TO CHECK IT" ok then he also said if the parts dont come in within two weeks we can take the tv back for a new one , then he tells me it just might be the picture tube or screen and if thats the problem he has to order that!!! now before i get super pissed what would you do???? Me I'm getting ready to throw the f'en thing through BEST BUYS front doors !!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY AN INSIGNIA TV
