This is true, but it made me feel terrible! SUPER hungry and almost hypo feeling. I craved sweets bad. I would eat like two pb and j sandwiches and two big glasses of milk just to take the edge off!
Cardio is probably a better answer. Fasted cardio in the AM boosted my appetite for the whole day. Look at your weight training also. Are you pushing yourself? Going to failure and or doing lots of volume should make you hungry too. Anyone ever notice an increase in hunger the day after training a big muscle like quads or back? I almost always eat two more meals those days.
