My assault on 2016 with the help of Orion labs!

Spoke with Orion a while ago on this.In fact I am excited to see how his dvds stack up against the couple of others who I think a lot of!
Everything from T/A to presentation were great.The labeling is very professional and Orion is super easy to deal with.
I will be running his test enanthate 250 and eq .My plan is one of each twice a week,very smooth and definately no pip.
Do you guys like the training and nutrition stuff?..I know more pics would help,but what else to keep this log from getting to boring?

starting weight ..266
I have a stress fracture in my tibia plateau in my left leg.(go back to Ortho feb.22)I had my quad tendon reattached and my quad repaired on my right leg last year.legs are a weak pointe of mine,even when kicking ass in the gym and healthy.something time will have to tell me.As far as competing is concerned I will see what my coach thinks.Its been a few years since I have been onstage..
I will save my cruise and mini diet for next month. And continue to train and do whatever they tell me to do in regards to PT and leg training.
Nutrition :
325 protein daily
300 carbs
100 fats
Supps :
500 test enan a week(may go up to 750)
500 eq a week
Training :
I am doing mountaindog training..I have a 12 week plan which I am halfway through.I was training legs and will add them back as soon as they give me the green light.

I think that 500mg/week of EQ is a good dose .any time I have run EQ I use about the same dose as you and get very veiny .i have used as little as 400mg/week and have had people come up to me and make comments about my veins popping out .

I am enjoying the test enan and eq stack,one of my favorites.I have done 500/500 this week so far and no pip or soreness whatsoever! I will probably hit some test today which will put me at 750 for the week..
Trying to really clean up my food and get ready for this 4 week mini diet next week.
On a side note orions viagra is crazy strong!
training has been going great outside of my injury,I will throw up.what I did this week in a bit!

I love eq,his is dosed at 250...and ya after I eat its like damn or during training.

So I got my xtra shot of test enanthate in.So I am at:
750 test enan
500 eq
Very mild dosing bit quite honestly I have no reason to go higher.Everything feels great,libido, well being and training..No pip or bad shots,test flu..blood pressure seems fine too.
Orion does have very good products .I am really enjoying this!

2nd back session:
Widegrip pulldowns to the front:

Neutral grip T-bar rows:

That's it for training till Monday. This weekend we are getting away and celebrating my little girls 8th bday. .My little girl is growing up on me!
I can't wait to go back to the Ortho on the 22nd,I hope he releases me to PT and some recovery stuff..I need to get back to work and training legs! Things were going good too!

Thanks Cajun ..I will do another one most likely,I like keeping a log to track pr,weogress as well as share where I am at with things.I will still train but once I get the ok from my Ortho and my coach is ready, we will be busting ass to see if I am good enough for another run! If not I will just continue the path,kicking ass in the gym and eating healthy.After this injury longevity and health has really become important .
