I'm in a good mood today and about to hit the door on my way to the gym, so I thought I would post a pic just for the hell of it. Here is what I feel is, for me, my best body part, my back. The lighting isn't perfect but so what

thanks for the compliments everyone! I just put down my 54th birthday so it feels good to be kinda old and kinda buff

hey JT, I always build around the same routine for my back. I start with deads or rack deads, then t-bars or bent over rows, then close grip pull-ups or pull-downs. Always heavy and simple. I am training about 5 days a week these days. Sometimes 6 if I have had too much coffee.

My shoulder is better too, well, relatively speaking... but that's a whole new snap, crackle, & pop, story
