My beautiful Pit that I had to put down.

Had to put down my girl last month. Full blood American Bulldog. She loved absolutely every one but not to good with other dogs beside our other ones.

Sorry for your loss man. It definitely is hard to go through.

I am very grateful that I had 12 wonderful years with her. I've had many dogs all through my life always have had one, sometimes too and she was The Very Best of the Best! Broke my heart big time to put her down. I will get another red nose in the future but it's hard to imagine that I could ever find another dog better than my Ruby!

I am so sorry to hear this my friend. I've had to do that a couple times and it doesn't get any easier on the second time around.

My buddy died in my arms in the clunic and I freaking lost it. My wife and I were a wreck.

I don't know your situation with your pup but I asked my vet.....'How do you know when it's time?' He replied....' If you are prolonging your dog's life ....it's respected. If you are prolonging your dog's death then it's time."

It sounds like you are a dog lover. Ask yourself...'Did I give my best friend a great life?" I believe you can walk proud after answering that question.
