My Blood pressure is crazy high!!!!!Pros help.

Ive been battling this since i started my first cycle when i was 19 im now 24. Im on tenormin 25mg twice a day. Im an RN so i know the long term effects of high bp (not good, strokes etc...) but i want to compete again but i dont want to die for it. Im no pussy when it comes to using gear either. Im 5'6'' 201 with about 17% bf. Im holding water but i have had blood work done by my doc etc...I think to myself if my bp is high what are the really big pros etc.. like and how do they control it. Thanks

Its been running 168/82 and sometimes higher.

Normally my BP is 120/80 on or off gear. But then sometimes I get stressed out due to business and it shoots up something stupid, so I just try to relax, so that way I don't need any meds to bring it down.

Pick up a really good Co-Q10 product (Jarrow Formulas) and combine it with Hawthorne and Garlic. If taken consistently, they will bring the BP down and increase heart health as well.

BP

I have been on Norvasc for 3 years now. My BP was 150/92, slightly elevated. Dr. Barry Sears is right by recommending omega-3 fish oils because it has brought mine down considerably even off of medication.

Norvasc

Norvasc nearly killed me. I had an allergic reaction to it and I quit sweating for a month. The water retention was brutal and discolored the skin on my lower legs from the swelling. My doc thought I had a heart attack and sent me to a cardiologist. Luckily I didn't have a heart attack and the cardiologist said there was nothing wrong with me. Try Atenolol, you will like it much better.

Hyzaar

My blood pressure seems to get out of control when I'm doing cycles that are high in Androgens. I done a cycle earlier this year that contained Anadrol and my BP went up to 190/110. My family doctor prescibed me a drug named Hyzaar and it seems to be pretty effective.

thats actually not really that high zephyr. I do find in off season my bp is elevated but it is usually a perfect 120/80

Lucky me, mine is 119/64, and I eat a lot of fat. A lot.

Mine girls is 94/63, I've never seen the top number under "100" before.....is that normal? or healthy?
