I just thought I would post them. I am a bit surprised as everything come back normal. I usually get tested during blasts so I can see what damage has been done. This time it was about 4 weeks after Ibiza. I am a bit shocked to be honest because I put my body through so much over there. Plus I ran various cycles non stop in the months before that. I used approx. 50mg tren per day and various orals on/off. I was on 60mg avar daily and upped that to 100mg ed just before I went away. My cholesterol could be better but still is ok. My main aim is to get my cholesterol near perfect. The women in the clinic printed off the same sheet 4 times so I don't have everything but there was nothing out of range. Obviously blood tests are just an indication but it was a nice surprise!

4 weeks is about normal for blood work to pretty much be back to normal, depending on how out of range it was before. Cholesterol usually takes a tiny bit longer. Good to see you are seemingly healthy.

True. But I was still going out etc. Blood work can improve very fast but 4 weeks is not a long time in the grand scheme. So I am pleased considering what I was doing then. Now I have an improved diet and I am adding in a few health supplements so it's a good base to work from. I am far from healthy but working on it :D

DAMN! Looks like Doug Miller's NATURAL bloodwork!!!:D:p

Not even a slightly elevated ALT or hematocrit... AWESOME BRO!! :)

I am as natural as Doug Miller :D

In all seriousness my diet has improved so much recently. I have 2 to 4 shakes per day made in my nutribullet. Today I had...

1. Spinach, 2 apples, blueberries, walnuts, water and whey isolate.

2. Kale, 4 clementines, squeeze of lemon, seed mix, water and beef isolate.

3. Spinach, 3 pears, 1 apple, cashews, water and whey isolate.

I have also had 5 egg omelette with vegetables, chicken roast dinner, bran flakes, greek yoghurt etc.

Although I did have a bag of blackcurrant and apple fizzy laces post workout :D I eat rubbish but I feel so much healthier after adding in my shakes.

Supplements I will be using are...

TUDCA
NAC
ALA
Omega Oil (Fish, Olive, Hemp etc)
Multi Vitamin
Vitamin C
GDA's

I should add I have never given blood in my life. I will if my haematocrit ever starts to elevate. Us Brits spell it that way... we like to be different :D

Pretty sweet your hematocrit level didn't jump up. Mine usually hovers around 50-52

Awesome numbers! I'm glad you're healthy! :)

I wish my bloodwork looked that good.
